So now its the present,
The big '09',
Its already improvement
And now i truly am fine!
The moment it started,
Twas a relief,
I can now let go,
of all 08's grief!
But it wasnt all bad,
It did bring some good-
Friends, Jobs, Opportunities,
Now i'm more understood!
Friends who had stabbed me,
I now do stab back.
Do not mess with he,
Whose soul is no longer black.
Last year was just like-
A drain to my soul,
But i'm better now,
Someone else can take that role.
So now i simply look ahead,
Leave the past in my wake,
09 is looking excellent,
This aint no time to break!
